Salient Feature of Sakthi Top Rollers
- It follows as per OEM recommendation of High Grade alloy steel as raw material for manufacturing all its Top Rollers and End Bushes.
- The recommended steel is a ball bearing steel which can with stand heavy loads, heat and minimizes wear and tear.
- They are being manufactured in latest CNC machines to ensure accuracy in high precision tolerance and consistency of all dimensions.
- Rollers are being hardened by induction hardening equipment to maintain more HRC in bearing seating portion and medium HRC in cots seating portion.
- Rollers are being ground by cylindrical grinding machine by between centres to ensure micron level accuracy in terms of flatness, eccentricity and taper.
- Top rollers are being coated with black oxide / Zinc oxide on the surface to avoid formation of oxidation and prevention of rust.
- Bearings – End bushes are being fitted with INA -Germany, NTN IKO – Japan needle / cage bearings to ensure extended life and minimum wear and tear
- Grease – End bushes is being packed with High speed grease during delivery. For subsequent lubrications is Bechem Kyodo Multemp PS No 2 is being recommended for needle bearing End bush and BechemBerulub FB 38 for Ring Spinning by OEM like Rieter, Suessen and Vouk. Periodic lubrication is recommended for consistent and extended life of the bearings.
- Imported Cots – Imported Twin layer, Aluifit cots of Accotex, Daytex, Berkol, Yamauchi etc., cots also can be supplied along with our Top roller duly mounted
- Indigenous Cots – Indian Glue on, Twin layer, Alufit cots like Precitex, Inarco,Supertex can be supplied along with our Top roller duly mounted. Periodic buffing should be recommended depending upon the shore hardness of the cots, count of the yarn and basic raw material of the yarn
- Mounting and Buffing – In house mounting facility will ensure the accurate fitment of all kind of cots.
Suitable for : Spinning and Simplex Arbors for the drafting like Lakshmi, Rieter, SKF, Suessen, WST etc. Specialized custom made Top Rollers can be manufactured against samples or drawings
Spinining and Simplex – Metal Top rollers are made of SAE 52100 grade imported steel and specially designed non detachable loose boss, double row HCHCR Robust bearing type which ensures low bearing friction and minimum radial and axial play, maximum concentricity, high load carrying capacity and Dustproof,fluff proof sealing.
